We want you to feel confident when shopping with Làmhan. All our items are prepared with care, and we aim to make delivery and returns as simple and transparent as possible.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Processing times
Standard items are usually dispatched within 2-4 working days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods or for handmade items.
Shipping method
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 as our standard delivery service.
This service includes tracking and typically delivers within 2 working days after dispatch. Other Royal Mail services may be available at checkout depending on the size and weight of your order.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
Delivery issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll look into it.
If an item arrives damaged, please email us with a photo and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.
International shipping
If you would like to order from outside the UK, please contact us before purchasing so we can confirm shipping options and costs. Due to insurance reasons, we cannot physically ship items to the USA at this time (which we are really sad about).
BESPOKE ITEMS (INCLUDING KILTS)
Some of our products are handmade to order. These bespoke items follow a different production and delivery process.
Processing time for bespoke items
Bespoke items, including kilts, are made to order.
Please allow 4–6 weeks for your item to be completed before dispatch.
We will keep you updated on progress and notify you when your item is ready to ship.
Shipping method for bespoke items
Bespoke items are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 or an equivalent tracked service.
A signature may be required due to the value of the item.
Shipping costs for bespoke items
Because bespoke items are heavier and higher in value, they have a separate shipping rate.
This will be shown at checkout.
RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Standard returns
If you would like to return a standard (non‑bespoke) item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
You then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging where applicable.
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return details.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and let you know the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Original postage costs are non‑refundable.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with a photo and your order number.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Non‑returnable items
We cannot accept returns on downloadable items.
Returns for bespoke items (including kilts)
Because bespoke items are made to order, they are non‑returnable unless the item is faulty or we have made an error in size, construction or personalisation.
If there is an issue with your bespoke item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put it right.
